Sophie is a psychotherapist. She is a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.

She offers bilingual services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. In her practice, she integrates cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavior, and acceptance and commitment therapy techniques. Her clinical interests include trauma, anxiety disorders, the autism spectrum, and women’s mental health—specifically postpartum depression and fertility-related challenges.

Sophie also serves as Clinical Operations Manager to ensure the smooth operation and development of projects at the Centre. Together with Dr. Vandette, the Centre’s Director, she coordinates daily administrative, organizational, and clinical activities while ensuring seamless communication and consistent professional practices. More specifically, she helps support team members in their integration, practice, and development, while contributing to the optimization of internal processes. She helps maintain a structured, efficient environment aligned with ethical and quality standards.
