Family Therapy

Family interventions involve family members and help, for example, to strengthen relationships, improve communication, and manage conflicts. They aim to understand and resolve family challenges and promote better family dynamics. They can help with a variety of issues, such as behavioural challenges in children or adolescents and changes/transitions within the family. At IFCEO, the systemic approach, collaborative problem solving, and emotion-focused family therapy are used.
