Dr. Fréchette is a clinical psychologist and a member of the Ordre des psychologues du Québec. She works with children, adolescents, and adults, and offers services in both French and English, including psychodiagnostic and psychoeducational assessments, as well as individual psychotherapy. She values each person’s strengths, pace, and unique needs. Her therapeutic approach is integrative and evidence-based, drawing primarily on cognitive-behavioral therapy as well as experiential, emotion-focused approaches.

In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Fréchette divides her time between providing clinical supervision to doctoral students and teaching in the Department of Psychology at Cégep de l’Outaouais.
