The postpartum depression therapy group offers a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space where participants can share their experiences, break out of isolation, and feel understood. Led by a mental health professional, the group offers discussions, concrete strategies for better managing symptoms, and tools for regaining emotional balance.
This group aims to restore strength and hope, while offering essential support during this important stage of life.
