Grief

Experiencing grief is a deeply upsetting experience that can trigger a wide range of emotions: sadness, anger, guilt, loneliness… Although the grieving process is unique to everyone, it can be comforting to go through it with others.
The grief support group offers a safe and caring space where participants can share their experiences, express their emotions, and find comfort in the company of others who are going through similar situations. Led by a mental health professional, the group offers discussions, reflective activities, and practical tools to help participants navigate this difficult time.
The goal is not to erase the pain, but to allow each person to move forward at their own pace, break out of isolation, and gradually regain a sense of normalcy in their daily lives.
